SUFFOLK & NORFOLK YEOMANRY ASSOCIATION SERVICES OF REMEMBRANCE AT NORWICH CATHEDRAL & ST MARY’S CHURCH BURY ST EDMUNDS

The Association has now booked the annual services of remembrance to the fallen of the Suffolk & Norfolk Yeomanry on Saturday the 7th November 2020.

Both services are booked for 11:00hrs and will form up at 10:50hrs.

The Norfolk Yeomanry will be commemorated at the beautiful Memorial Window in the Norwich Cathedral and the Suffolk Yeomanry at the equally impressive, Suffolk Regiment Memorial and Suffolk Yeomanry Wall in St Mary’s Church, Bury St Edmunds.

Norfolk members meet at the Cathedral at 10:30hrs on the Saturday and the service commences at 10:50hrs.  After the service those attending retire to the Cathedral Cafeteria for refreshments or for those who like something a little stronger to a nearby hostelry.

There will also be  simultaneous service at the Suffolk Yeomanry Memorial Wall in St Marys Church in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk members meeting at 10:30hrs and like Norfolk the service commences at 10:50hrs.

Please spare the time to support these commemorations, the Association and Squadron.

Come along and keep the memory of the Suffolk & Norfolk Yeomen alive.

Lest we forget.
